ABOUT SOUND,and makin movie 2 parts

    Are there any programs to make the sound more on with the movie?

    and i use windows movie maker ,2 split my dvd rips in two parts,but it takes away from the qaulity are there any better prgrams to do that?

    Use Mpeg Splitter to split the files. What does make the sound more on even mean?

    there mouth moves and the sound is off
