ACC / WAV connvert to mp3

    how can i convert my recordings from WAV to mp3? i used to be able to do it with itunes but now when i import it dosent give me the option to covert to mp3 when you right click it. just convert to ACC. any help? i use audacity and i have no clue how to DOWNLOAD LAME. also after i download it i have no clue how to use it. or locate it on my comp.
