hi, the other day at school, a friend of mine accessed his home computer from one of the school computers and was able to fully control it. i was wondering how do i access my computer remotely, say from school or from a friends house? and how do i access it without using a paid service like gotomypc because my friend sure as hell didnt use a paid service. a quick response with fairly easy steps would be greatly appreciated.
Logmein is a a free service except you can't transfer files. The only thing is this requires software to be installed on the school computer and your home computer before you can remotely connect. I use this for multiple computers and works great.
