Action Replay for DS lite, games got deleted and trying to add new games but will not work.

    i have a DS lite and one day all the games disappeared and i have been trying to add Pokemon Diamond into the system and i put in the New Game ID code ADAE-63679C0 and the screen will not go to next... what do i do? i have trying to get all my codes back and nothing is working... and how could of this have happened?
