I been trying to search threads but can't get a straight forward answer.

I been looking at the qoob, Viper, and Xeno chips and trying to figure out which one can use Action Replay. It seems in some cases I need to actually own Action Replay and use it once for the chip to "enable" it or something.

Can someone help clear the fog for me? What Chip has AR built into it? What Chips needs to run AR at least once to copy the engine? Can I use a back-up copy of AR for the modchip to copy the engine? qoob uses their own cheating device?

Well I got this gamecube for $20 so I thought I would have some fun with it.

I feel though it is a bit too early to mod my Wii.
