I am unable to reactivate my purchase DVD X copy. I am getting a message which says I have made the maximum activations allowed. This situation has arisen since I have had to uninstall and reinstall this product a number of times as result of computer problems. I would appreciate your kind assistance in expediting this problem. Can someone please help. I have written to 321Studios Technical Support but I have not yet rec'd a reply. I do hope they will see my post also and try to assist me. Thanks
I had the same problem back when I used X copy and installed a new HD. I just called the 800 number for tech support and advised them of the new HD problem. They reactivated it on the phone for me. Jerry
