    Title says it all, add a quote button which makes it easier instead of having to do the usual [ quote ] and copy and paste what someone wrote. I think this would help if a topic is hot with alot of posts, ive seen this in a lot of other forums and all you have to do is click quote on the person then write!

    I have to agree with Rav on this one. If aD was a smaller site with less members it may have been possible. It may still be, but aD has always been to improve the site but not to overload the servers for the site.

    We just have to wait and see what other kinda improvements will be made.

    the current quotation system is fine, however it would be nice to be able to quote specific people, as on other sites. For example;

    [bold]

    This is in plans, alongside with a more general upgrade of our UBB code support, which will eventually add support to some other good features used in other forums, such as using a text for a link instead of the URL (which, by the way, already works in my.afterdawn.com's blogs..).

    Colors are most likely going to be "no no" for the time being, but adding a quote option with the user name is one of those things I plan to implement, alongside with a slightly improved message editor (with quick buttons to do italics, bold, quote, etc to the selected text). But as with everything, don't hold your breath.. :)
