I know I don't need more than a gig of Ram, but Uncle Sam is very nice to me this month so I added 1 more Gig of ram to my comp. Now I have 2 gig. My question is how do I know if it works?

PS: The rams are identical @ 4 sticks of 512, kingston hyper x blue rams with all same specs.

aw, you air brushed your registration details out..............LOL

Also enter your BIOS by pressing DEL or F2 (depending on BIOS OEM) and it will tell you what memory it thinks is installed, as flip suggested 2048Mb or 2Gb, but will usually be 2048Mb.........
