subject says it all...i am doing some custom movies, and wanna add music to just the beginning menu when you first start the dvd, then have the music stop once movie is playing. i want the audio in the menu to play for about 30-45 seconds, then loop to the beginning as long as the menu screen is up. But, i dont want it to continue into the movie as i wanna hear whats going on in the movie and not the menu music... can it be done? thanks! Dennis
the music will not play over the sound of your video. once you hit the chapter one button to play the movie you will be exiting the menu and starting a video file that has nothing to do with the menu. just be sure to change the automization to what you want on the menu as the default is 10 seconds.this only applies if you are using video as your background or you check the box that says animate buttons,otherwise the music plays through the full song.
there is no need to change it unless you use animated buttons or have moving video as your background.actually it won't even let you unless you do 1,2 or both of those things.your music will play to its end and start over.if you do use video background or animated buttons you need to go to the automization option and change it to the length of your music file,or it will play for 10 sec. and start over.
yea i found that out the hard way....plays for 10 seconds then starts over..but i figured out how to get it how i wanted it.. thanks!
