Umm.. I'm kindda a newbie at this sort of thing (just ripped my first dvd last night, yay!).
Anyway, I was kindda wondering if there are any freeware programs in which you can add text to the video files (i.e. when the movie starts, saying that it was ripped by such and such).
Any help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated (I used DVD2VCD for the ripping.... also if anyone knows what to do after the image file has been created, let me know. What I did was just take the movie file and then I used nero to make a vcd).

Download Windows Movie Maker 2. It is an editing program for movies or mpeg files (ect) and you can add text to your movies with that program. Windows Movie Maker 2 isn't that hard to learn how to use and when you do figure it out, it is one of the best video editing programs that is free.
