Adding Titles and Menu

Let me apologise in advance for this question as its been a while since I did all this
sort of thing and I've lost all my software in a rebuild.

If I copy a number of episodes to a DVD what is the best software for adding titles, with still shots ?

I have Nero 7 and Pinnacle..are they the right things to be using ?

Nero Vision 4 is quite straightforward.
Elect to make a DVD, then add the VOB(s) of the first title (highlight and use the merge button to join all the VOB's of one title together) Repeat for the next title VOB(s).
The Menu step will generate a button selection for each title loaded.

If the source is AVI files, the procedure is the same (except for the merging part).

The episodes I'm using are all MPEG2 files ...is the principle the same ?

Hi there, I use Ulead videostudio and it has all kinds of transitions, just drag and drop your individual movies onto the timeline and add your transitions in between episodes and then share it, which allows you to make a dvd, mpg files etc.
