Hi, I have a fully working Starview box in one room. I have now got a 2nd box in another room. I have connected a cable from the back of the original box to the new box and have scanned the channels. I cannot pick up the channels on the new box as I can on the original - can anybody help please? Cheers
Is it connected to the output on the first Starview? If it is then it should work. If it is connected to a subbed box it won't. Also check the connections on the cable.
