Something weird has been happening to me on some DVDs I am re-authoring: after demuxing the films, using PgcDemux, I am ending up with an out-of-sync AC3 track.

The first question would be to know why that might be happening.

The second is what I can use to adjust that sync.

    Any suggestions?

Did you check the audio delay before you demuxed?

Yes, I did. The original is perfect.

What is the audio delay on the new files?

Apparently it was 150ms, but in the end it didn't work out.

I tried to correct it with DVDLab Pro, but the correction messed up the rest of the audio, which went completely and wildly out of sync and it ended up unusable. Fortunately I burned a DVD-RW first, so I could catch the problem and not waste a disc.

Still don't know what might be causing the original sync problem.
