I had premiere pro installed on my computer and then a few months later when I tried to open the program a message came up saying my registration has ran out or something along those lines. I then uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it, but the setup will fail as soon as it starts to install the directx 9.0. A message comes up saying it couldn't locate a required dll.
Well I would go to the Windows Update Site and Make sure you have DirectX 9.0B Installed cuz this could be were your problem is...You can also do a Google search for Problems relateing to the Missing DLL file the error mentioned and maybe you can find the DLL File and Install it...Good Luck
