ADSL problem connection NEED HELP ???

    Dear all and sorry if already discuss.

    I have a problem with my router ADSL Zxyel prestige 642-ME concerning his connection.

    I have restart my PC again and again and canno't connect to the serveur. I have already format my HD and nothing gone, always dns error and similar message.

    What is the process to reinstall the router and have access when i logg my in Win XP SP 1 a direct connection (not waiting 10 minutes to access net when routers works ) ??

    im not familar with your router,but you might have to log onto your router,,and check your settings

    i have already reset my router and reinstall by default the configuration but nothing.

    threat must be closed.
    Finally change router and now work fine.
