    hi guys

woke up this morning switched on my eurovox max blue as always. worked fine then heard a bang. after that no power, so opened box and seen that one on the microchips had blown off one of the boards where the cable leads from the power connection.

can you buy these boards with everything on them or would you recommend upgrading with a new box. had this box for years and never had any probs with it. i'm living in scotland.

    any adivce would be greatful

    thanx

    Hi,

your best bet is to buy a box from someone from ireland that are selling them on here. they will work perfectly its just they are not a lot of use over here with n3. you should pick one up for cheap enough.

Gary, look out for a used starview 4 for sale, easy to set up and you can record using hard drive or usb. check out this site for boxes on sale.
