    Hi all,
    Just purchased an xbox 360 which hasn't yet arrived. The seller asked if I wanted some copied games he had, to be included with the xbox.
    He has used these himself.
    Does this mean its been modded?

    Possibly. You can also have xbox arcade games and old xbox classic games downloaded to the xbox HDD itself (legally), so this might be what he is referring to. I'd ask for clarification if I were you.
