Hi, Being a newbie to dvd writers and copying etc i need a bit of advice, sorry if it's a silly question.

    My question.
I have bought myself a dvd rewriter for my desktop pc, i have the following drives installed already.

Standard dvd rom drive (top drive)
    cd rewriter (bottom drive)

Which drive should i remove to install my new dvd rewriter?
I first thought is i should remove the old dvd rom drive but then thinking about it my new dvd rewriter will burn cd's.

Thankyou in advance for any help

    @ rustyprog

if your new dvd writer will also burn cds then i would take out the cd burner drive that you have in now and put the new dvd burner in its place.
