I have a DS Lite and was looking to get a M3 to play DS and GBA games, I believe the version I should get is the M3 Lite (non-pro) with the passcard. I know I would have to buy a memory stick, but I think I would also need a memory stick "adapter"? What exactly should I be getting?

By memory stick you mean microSD (Secure Digital) Card?

You would also need a media card reader for your computer to read the microSD card. Something like this...

    That would be it.

Yeah both were exactly what I was talking about... so I buy the card seperate, but I would also need to buy the card reader... so all in all I would have: M3 Lite + Passcard + microSD Card + card reader? I'm guessing that comes to be around $150?

Yes. You can buy the microSD as well as the card reader on newegg and save a bit on shipping. Maybe.
