What exactly you are trying to do? You want to transfer files from the xbox to the pc or viceversa? If you are trying to transfer a game to your xbox then you need to extract it first, then transfer it to drive E:/Games or F:/Games of your xbox hardisk. I assume that your xbox is softmodded.

In my experience, the easiest way to get an Xbox iso from a PC to an Xbox is to run Avalaunch on the Xbox and use Quix on the PC to transfer the iso to the Xbox's hdd.

Just make sure you have enough space on the E partition before you send it though or you'll just be wasting time.

Just use any FTP program you want.
Extract the ISO with Qwix or Craxtion4, which you can use to xtract to a folder on the PC or directly to the Xbox games folder.

If you do it to the PC then you can just use any FTP program and FTP the whole folder of extracted files to the games folder on the Xbox.
I beleive there are big bold sticky threads about how to do all this in the Xbox backup section, where this thread should have been.
