AfterDawn AVCHD Guide Buggered?

    I followed the guide to the letter yet the PS3 doesn't recognise the disk, any advice please?

    Ended up wasting three disks even though I followed the guide to the letter the PS3 simply doesn't recognise the disk, the root folder is the BDMV directory, set to UD.250 and single session burnt on verbs.

    Any advice please?
