AfterSoftmod Xbox wont kick on

    my xbox stopped working and i cant get it on can u help meit keeps on saying error 12 i can play disc's but can get to my MS dashboard HELP ME PLEASE

    Error 12 is a DVD drive failure. Ensure that all cables are plugged in correctly into the DVD drive.

    Firstly, stick to one post. Spamming not only annoys moderators, but it also spreads out vital information regarding your issue.

    Error 16 is a corrupt dash.

    You will need to hotswap.

    Instead of waiting for the 'Microsoft' logo, unplug your dvd drive and allow it to go to the error 12 screen. Then Hotswap!
