I downloaded the AID rar file. What do I need to do to get it on my Xbox so I can install a dashboard?

I don't know what you mean by unrar it. I do have something called ultimate zip that handles rar files but I don't know how to get it to iso format

    there are 2 cases:
    - you did burn the dvd right. YOu can try to burn it into a CD.
    - you did not flash bios on the xenium.

    2. Did my TSOP
    3. Backed Up EEPROM
    4. Set my clock like it suggested

I guess I haven't flashed the Xenium bios, How do I do that because I am sure burned the AID iso filed correct with DVD Decrypter

I followed creating a bios cd just like they instructed and burned it in nero and even added more files like they said. I put the disk in my xbox and nothing happened.

If the disc does load what is it suppose to say? I mean right now I don't even see anything that says flash a bios. All I am getting is Xenium Main Menu screen. Man this is getting frustrating. I have been at this for about 3 days and can't figure it out.

Why don't I see any options that say anything about flashing a bios? It must be modded correctly if I am getting the Xenium OS 2.31 when I turn on my xbox. So why do I keep hearing people talk about an option for flashing. I am completely lost on this one.

It is wierd that you can find the option to flash bios.

    http://www.xbox-modchips.com/files/Xenium-OS v1.1 User Manual.pdf
    http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/xenium-pinheader-evox.php

Here is the instruction How to do I flash a bios with Xenium OS 2.x?

-First off, bootup into your Xenium OS (XOS). You'll notice a LAUNCH MENU.. click on that. Next you'll notice that you have options such as add new item, rename item, so on.. what you'll want to do is at this time have a cd with your bios on it. And put the cd/dvd into the dvdrom drive.

-Click ADD NEW ITEM from the Launch Menu. Then click TSOP. Save the retail Kernel so that you may bootup to MS dashboard if you want to play XBOX LIVE. Then, click add new item again, click FLASH, and then choose the D drive. Find your bios, and hit A.. should be ready to go. It'll ask you for a name, just name it whatever makes you happy, most people just name it the name of the bios, i.e. xecuter, evox, etc.

-Then you should have two options, a Retail Kernel, and another bios, that you've named whatever you named. The color options it asks you are for the led kit that come with the Xenium Ice.

    - Well, now that you've gotten the appropriate flashes setup, you can now bootup into your appropriate bios by launching the menu item you specify. I.E., if you want to bootup into retail ms dashboard in order to play XBL, you'd launch Retail Kernel. That's how you flash the XOS 2.0
