Hi, I've got this unsolved problem. I have installed Aladdin chips (4032, XT+, Live) in version 1.2 to 1.6 and they all worked fine. But when it comes to installing Aladdin Chip in Version 1.0 or 1.1, I have problem with switching it on. It seems as if the switch does not work properly after installing the chip. I've correctly followed the Aladdin circuit diagram. But the problem still persisted. I don't have this switch-on problem when installing the Aladdin chip in Xbox version 1.2-1.6 . I hope I am not the only one in this world to have this problem. What's the remedy for this switch-on problem, thank you alot. :arrow: :arrow: :arrow:
i dont really know i have not dealt with version 1.0 or 1.1 but did you have to remove the solder from the pin header holes on them? that could be the problem....other than that aladdin chips are cheap..so that could be the problem too
