alcohol 120% problem

    i have downloaded a ps2 game and i have two file which are in the .mdf and .mds format. i load up alcohol 120% and click on the burn wizard. the file size is 823Mb however when i click on burn, (Even selecting ps2 data type) it says insert a blank dvd. however when i insert a blank dvd-r disk it is still waiting for the disk to be inserted.

    Also the writing speeds seem like they are for a CD writer than a dvd writer.

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    READ THE RULES, SO I'M OK FOR THE FUTURE. HOWEVER HAS ANYBODY GOT AN ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM??? I'M SURE ITS PRETTY SIMPLE.
