all channels down

    all channels down is this like
    what happened last november when
    when the boxes required an update?

    first time my box has gone down in
    12 months..same month as last years
    shut out. anyone else?

    yeah m8 am having the same problem with my box super. watching the tv then "no Signal" appeared. last novermber was the last time it went down that i can remember. Any fixes would greatly be appreciated

    I didn't think 'no signal' mean't your channels are gone. As far as I know that means the same as no service on starview 3. As in the problem is their end. It would be stuck on updating data if your firmware was finished. Thats just my opinion though.

    i did a factory re-set
    and as it cant find any
    channels at all 0
    after that it sits at the
    language page as with no channles
    you cant exit the menu

    it did flash up channles changed
    wait for saving - then nothing
    they were gone never had the no
    signal thing b4

    It should all be back for you shortly. It's their end where the problem is.

    ok false alarm - its not total wipe out yet
    15 mins after all went, there all back
    cant complain, 1st time in 12 months
    but it was worth checking to see if it
    was a total wipe out.

    hi, can someone please help i have starview 3 box supr.

    all my channels (except bbc,itv etc) are down. it was working fine until suddenly last night it went all black. did a factory reset but still no luck.

    can someone please reply

    False Alarm, i figured a way to bring them back, just had to go to cas menu and turn emu back on.
