All channels gone on Starview1 box.

    I've lost all encrypted channels on my Starview 1 box (Telewest/Virgin).Live in the North East of Scotland.I tried resetting to factory settings and rescanning as i normally do.Then when i try to enter the codes i can't seem to find Telewest listed now.Does anyone know what the problem is?.

    What i mean is when i press 1570 to enter the keys manually.Other providers are listed but Telewest is not now listed.Plus the 01 and 02 double lines of code is now one line of numbers.

    Im guessing you set the default keys and it fixed your problem?
