Product Description The EX1100 is an updated EX1000 with the addition of a USB connector and PVR facilities. Externally it’s identical to the EX1000 with the USB connector on the side. The scan performs similar to the EX1000 with you having to set the SR for your area, the auto sort now generates 12 favorites groups named to match the VM favorites’ and for me now catches most current channels into their correct groups. Within the groups the channels get stored in alphabetical order. The editing favorites on the box is now a little fiddly with having 12 favorites and only 4 color buttons to allocate the groups, you need to press the FAV button to scroll through 3 groups of 4. I’m told a PC based editor (like Voxer) will be available soon, they are also working on proper network scanning like the Kryptview and D-Box. In the main menu, going into the REC section gives you access to the PVR Setting, here you can switch the time-slip on and set the size of the time-slip, unlike previous boxes, the EX1100 permaneN*ly time-slips when a recording device is connected and the facility is switched on, be aware though that this does slow down the channel change considerably as it has to stop recording before it changes channel. The REC section also has the USB information, format and access to the library. The EX1100 records in standard .mpg format to play back on any PC, this has the advantage of you being able to play back .mpg files from your PC on the EX1100, it also plays back MP3’s The Firmware is FTA (Free to Air) by default on our receivers. If you get the Audio Voice over, pressing Green will allow you to select the alternate audio channel. In the Tools section of the menu is the upgrade by USB application. From here you can upgrade the firmware- of course FTA still, load channel lists and also dump channel lists and dump K*yfiles to USB. Specification: 1. Looks like someone has copied and pasted the review I posted on Techwatch forum, removing the link to www.lincsat.co.uk
mmm dont think so mate, look at the date that i posted it on, actually straight from the horses mouth. All you are doing is advertising for the lincsat sales dept
The date on the original review is 7th September, I know personally the author, I released it on 3 forums only and it was not released elsewhere. It is word for word with only a paragraph about accessing the decoder removed. I've also noticed a couple of sites are using the same review claiming it was written just for them. Are you claiming to have written it?
do i say anything about my work ?? no i dont, and i can defo say it did not come from any other forum 100%. the read out actually came from a supplier. Who actually have it on their website. Before you put it on the other forum.
And i think the review i put up is totally different from the one you posted on the for said forum as below as the photos are as well and just to let you know there are also many testers for all boxes not just 1 so just because your mate is one of many that review could be done by any tester. The Latest Eurovox is about to appear. The EX1100 is an updated EX1000 with the addition of a USB connector and PVR facilities. Externally it’s identical to the EX1000 with the USB connector on the side. As a beta tester of this box, I’ve been able to have a good play with a prototype and helped get rid of most of the bugs (In Pure NTL area’s at least). The scan performs similar to the EX1000 with you having to set the SR for your area, the autosort now generates 12 favourite groups named to match the VM favourites and for me now catches most current channels into their correct groups. Go into the Language Menu and Press - Red-2-5-2-0, this will allow access to the Emulator & Key edit menu, switch the EMU on (XCAS) and press Green to save & exit. If you get the Audio Voice over, pressing Green will allow you to select the alternate audio channel. In the Tools section of the menu is the upgrade by USB application. From here you can upgrade the firmware, load channel lists and also dump channel lists and dump keyfiles to USB.
You will find that's word for word with 1 sentence from the first paragraph removed and also the section about activating the emulator. I never said that you personally copied and pasted this from a forum, I said that someone had - possibly the supplier to which you refer. I posted this review on 3 forums, including Techwatch and de-crypt on 7th sept - http://www.de-crypt.net/forum/showpost.php?p=20750&postcount=1 With it being posted publicly, neither myself nor the original author expect it to remain un-copied. We do object to others claiming it as their own work or posters accusing me of "All you are doing is advertising for the lincsat sales dept"
lincsat You wouldn't be the first or the last to accuse our friend e45 for coping tuts from elsewhere without naming the original poster, formally known as Trojan from cc also a number of names here it seems to be the way forward for the likes of him, not to worry, were all used to this and know all his posts are second hand .
As I stated, it's not the fact that the tut was copied, you expect that when you publish them. What bugs us is that he accused me of falsely claiming I originally published the review to promote my site.
That is not true, what you said was that all it was missing was the link to another forum, which when you click on the link brings you to your sales dept, ?? and as i have all ready stated to you it was not taken from any forum, which i can supply you with the details if you want them, by pm. Unfortunately most of the suppliers sites have been hit with a ddos attack, pity someone else's forum was not as well, might keep him busy enough to stop him sh** talking. And im not talking about TWatch either. Its only that d*** head Hiteck stirring the sh** again, grow up mate ya 40 yrs old now mate, leave your puberty behind, that is something a teenager does, just goes on and such an Idiot.
LMAO Your so easily wound up , I'm not stirring anything only highlighting the facts, your well known for using other peoples work and taking praise for it yourself, nothing childish about it mate. Also where did you get the idea from that I was 40 lol.
funny i dont see on any tuts i put up claiming its my work do you ?? and any tuts, or anything i put up here or anywhere else, is for the benefit of others on the forums concerned, to help them, after all thats what they are made for, or written for, if not let people keep them to themselves or copyright them. and yes you are a 40 yr old child, with a large chip on your shoulder grow up, and get a life.
I was clearly stating a fact, your the one doing the name calling ( d*** head, Idiot, Childish and now you resort to silly little pictures ) so who is the childish one here? by the way I'm 30 years old and if I appear childish to YOU, then I can live with that You really need to learn how to control your temper. Go on I let you reply to this then I wont say a word as I know you cant stand not getting the last word
hiteck-i just turned 30 at he weekend can i be your friend??? girlfrend arranged a suprise party i dint think there was anything to celebrate.
Can anyone confirm this key seqence works, Its giving me no joy at all. Many thanks.= Go into the Language Menu and Press - Red-2-5-2-0, this will allow access to the Emulator & Key edit menu, switch the EMU on (XCAS) and press Green to save & exit.
It depends on what firmware you have installed. If you bought from me, then that works, if you bought elsewhere, you will likely have to flash new firmware first.
