all sky channels down sports movies etc

hi myself and a few others i know who have starview all the channels went down!! any help

 

OK MINE WENT TOO THIS IS WHAT I DID , GO ON THE BAD CHANNEL PRESS MENU/INSTILLATION THEN MANUAL SCAN THEN PRESS OK TO PERFORM THIS SCAN , THEN IT WILL FIND SO MANY CHANNELS , THESE WILL BE PLACED AT THE END OF YOUR LISTINGS , DELETE THE BAD CHANNEL AND REPLACE WITH THESE , YOU WILL NEED TO DO THIS WITH EACH DIFF FREQUENCY THATS DOWN

 

worked a treat mate thanks.

 

try this...menu,down to factory settings(press ok).
put in password,thats your box factory reset.
go to installation,select english(ok).then down to auto scan(ok).
let it scan,once its found all,go to menu,then parent control,press INFO 2004,then down to EMU,switch it on,
thats it you should have all channels
