Cannot get this dvd to backup,Getting 5 sec.video. Using anydvd 6.0.9.7 and clone dvd2. Please send help.Used shrink 3.2.0.15,still having same problem.
Try using DVD Decrypter w/ ANY DVD or DVD FabDecrypter w/ ANY DVD to send to hard drive then try Clone 2 ( movie only) or copy full disk with DL disk. Also try to burn with Nero recode 2 (movie only) Good luck.
I had the same trouble with All the King's Men . Used any DVD 6.0.9.7 and Clone dvd2, just kept looping I suceeded when I ran anydvd and then Decrypter backing up just the movie. Give it a try
If the latest version of AnyDVD and Shrink doesn't cut it, rip the disc initially with DVDFab. Then proceed as usual. In the rare event that AnyDVD doesn't doesn't cut it, ripping th disc first with DVDFab always works for me.
This movie appears to have same protection as Attack Force Steven (S) Seagal I used DVD Decrypter to send to HD w/ ANY DVD 6097. This movie will not work(for me) on Clone 2 with single layer or dual layer disk ( I was able to back up Attack Force with dual layer disk(fuji)-Kings Men would not work with DL Memorex) I was able to burn movie only using Nero recode 2 on single layer disk-advanced analysis.
The problem is the original disc doesn't play correctly on your PC if Anydvd is running in the background. What I did was uncheck the "copy protection based on unreadable sectors" to play the disc on my PC. I tried to make a backup this way with CloneDVD2 and it didn't work. Darn Sony copy protection! Anyways, I ended up just burning the movie without anything else using Simple mode in DVDxcopy Platinum. Simple mode is Xcopy Xpress.
Slysoft rips "All The Kings Men" ANY DVD 6.0.9.9. DVDDecrypter w/ ANY DVD 6.0.9.9. running (to hd) HD to Clone DVD 2-movie, extras, menu, etc. on DL disk-perfect copy Thumbs to Slysoft
I used these 2 FREE methods and both are working flawlessly. Rip any DVDs with RipIt4Me +DVD Shrink + ImgBurn Revised DVDFab +VobBlanker (or FixVTS) +DVD Shrink guide NOTE: If using DVDFab Decrypter method, simply skip VobBlanker or FixVTS, unless DVD Shrink has encountered an error and can not continue. If DVD Shrink has any errors, you'll need to do one of the following: (1) process the ripped files (VIDEO_TS.IFO) through VobBlanker (2) process the VOB (or VTS files) with FixVTS. Best of luck!!
