Alpha Bravo Charlie Delta

You know the alphabet (i'm sure it has a specific name that I don't know) that uses Alpha for A, Bravo for B, Charlie for C, and so on? I have two questions about it: What is its name and What are the rest of the letters. I know this is weird but its been kinda bothering me like a song stuck in my head that I can't figure out the lyrics to.

Heres what I know so far

i knew it off hand. i must get very bored sometimes lol, just kidding, had to learn it to fly (well to communicate with others anyway).

 

I beleive there are two versions of this,one used in aviation and the other in law enforcement.Anyone know the second version?
