I went to CC.covers.cc and downloaded Blue Collar Comedy Tour-The Movie and no matter what I did after downloading it to My Pictures, it just wouldn't fit. So in that respect I went to Image and clicked resize: to Width 10.91 and height 7.07 then when you go to print you must go to preferences and make the picture print as a landscape. It's not a perfect 100% fit but it's so very close that it would be total knit picking to cry or squabble about. That's my solution to a very irritating DVD cover problem.
