I have read several messages for the "XEBDSP" problems there seem to be with ratDVD. As far as I can tell no-one in these forms has given, to the best of my knowledge, an answer to this problem. And to top it off I have the "problem". I have tried versions 0.75-0.78 of ratDVD, I have direct X version 9 (DEC 2005) and I have tried zoomplayer, WMP 10 and MPC (yes even the modified one in the ratattack pack). I can take the ratDVD files and turn them back into DVD files but I can not play them. Now I have read that the XEBDSP may not be registered so how do I register it? If that isn't the case and you have had this problem then please for the sake of humanity please tell me what you did besides re-installing windows, which really doesn't "solve" the problem but throws the problem away. I plan for this thread to be the resource to fixing this NASTY problem. Any and all help is appreciated.
i don't know which codecs u've installed but if u've installed ffdshow, uninstall it and check if xvid is installed, to be safe, install again then install ratdvd again, after uninstalling and i hope it works for u too mfg Ben
