An odd unlock problem

I need to unlock my v3r. Details are as follows:

Boot Loader: 0A.30.

IMEI: 352525010298610
Technology: N / A
Software Version: R4515_G_08.BD.43R
Flex Version: SE6761AXXF3083
Bootloader Version: v0x000A30
DRM Version: N / A
Phone Type: Production (696010501815090B12D712CFC564)

I have tried mike's guide found here:

But to no avail, I use RSD Lite to copy the shx. file, it manages to get to 81% and fails giving me:

Critical Error
80
20

On the screen of my V3R.
(I do not have a smartclip)

Any help would be appreciated,
