when i watch the tape before i burn its seem to be hazy so the finil dvd is hazy also. this is mainly indoor use. so i am assuming its and capture issue with the older camera.so when i place to hd is there a progam that can clear up video taking from this vhs camera?.thanks

Virtualdub has many guides you could try videohelp.com or doom9.net. There are many, many plugins for it so you will have to experiment to find the right one for you.
