Any Dvd d/l problem

I am frustrated by the last and prior version of Any Dvd. When I purchased Any Dvd it was version 5.9.4.1 and I saved the key as instructed.
Then did subsequent updates and reboots and had no issues.
Then now since the 6.0.9.2 and the 6.0.9.5, I have been unable to do a successful update.
My prior version of 6.0.9.0 is gone as I had to remove the program and did a Reg Clean and start off fresh. (Saving the Registration when the question is asked)

I go back and d/l the original purchased version 5.9.4.1 and it opens and shows my registration and also my fox in the Task Bar fine and now none of this happens when I d/l the latest version.
The fox simply turns an off colour lighter red and will not open and does not appear in the task bar which I know means the program is not working.

Well, why don't you contact Slysoft with your problem ?
They're usually very helpfull when dealing with problems.

 

All they suggest is to buy a new product and key.

 

Simply take a look at "Freaks" and there are a lot of users like myself who are experiencing peculiar problems 2 years + (LATER) after using Any Dvd, some users have experienced previous minor problems but now, mega??? However, when you ask questions, they allow a little chatter in the Forum and then ones "keys" out in the network are emailed in a message to you or by posting an error message you are told of keys in the network. End of inquiry. Go buy another key and program. Nice for the bank account for Slysoft, not a nice Christmas present for the regular user.

Or Another response is that Any Dvd allows a Trojan to attach and you are infected and have to rid of it?????????? If you can't.....try DR. WEB CURE IT solution. How can a Pay Program be so vulnerable to a trojan. I don't think the price is cheap and there are a lot of users since Decrypter had its problems.

After being a loyal and responsible secure computer user for 2 years + with "Any Dvd" ; and a $40 cost of a new key and new proggy again at Christmas is a bit bizarro!!
How long will this key last??? Then it will get out to the network???

I am a professional person, with excellent security and I don't use "cracked" keys as many users have had implied when they address issues surrounding their Slysoft product at "Freaks".

Lack of professionalism in the forum and on the part of
Slysoft in their Email support when users provide their receipt and date of purchase data is simply unacceptable. While I believe that there are users out there that maybe unscrupulous; I am not.
But now for me to use Any Dvd I have to purchase another program?? after these years???

I really find this product now questionable and as well the Freaks Forum.
I only want answers, I don't condone an atmosphere for "offensive" tactics and dialogue.
I believe that After Dawn is far more User Friendly and I am simply looking for help.
