I have a song and its about 10 minutes long. I want to edit it and cut about half of the song off without losing quality. Any good program recomended?

I would highyl recommend Audacity. It is opensource, so therefore free also. Some companies even bundle it with their hardware, so it's like if its good enough for them its good enough me type mindset.
