Any TF2 windows server owners out there?

Ok i've asked help before on how to make a TF2 windows server but i had no help...luckaly i stumbled upon a very useful tut and now i have my own server =) ...Anyways, now im in the process of modding the server (i.e. custom sounds, intros, ect ) so my question is this: How do i add intro music so that it is played whenever a player joins my server? i know its a plugin but i have no idea on how to install it...ive also searched their forums on how to install it but no luck either... if someone can point me to the right direction or could provide any sort of links i will highly appriciate it...
