Any upscaling software yet?

Hi I have a normal dvd and want to upscale it to hd so it can be played on my xbox 360.Does anybody know any software that can do this?

 

You don't need to upscale anything to play movies on your 360. Infact, if you have a vga cable or the elite with hdmi connection, it should upconvert on play anyway. Otherwise, it will play in standard def.

 

MY friend said he notices the different in picture quality on his 360 when the movies in hd itself

 

There is a huge difference but in order to get them in native 720p or higher you need the hd-dvd add on or a stand alone player. If you have media center and can stream them windows media files can be played in high def.
