i purchased anydvd about a month ago. and for some unknown
reason when i started my computer a couple days ago..it popped
up saying i have 20 days left in my trial?..i tried
uninstalling and re-entering the key but it says the same
thing...the key does however enter fine but just does not
stop the trial thing.. what do i need to do?...i e-mailed slysoft 2 days ago but still have not heard anything yet.

Here are the uninstall instructions for AnyDVD. You probably did not do it like this

    Uninstall AnyDVD:

Start, then open Windows explorer go to Program Files->SlySoft->AnyDVD.
Click the AnyDVD-uninst.exe file to start the uninstall.
When asked to keep the old settings select "No".
    Reboot.
    Download and then install.
    Register it with your key.
    Reboot.

About all you can do then is wait for a response from Slysoft. They Usually get back within a few days.
Maybe they can provide a new key as long as you have your original e-mail from them.

    Did you try the below?

Uninstall AnyDVD and delete the program folder uasly in C:/PROGRAM FILES/SLYSOFT

Now try to manualy delete the registry settings buy going to.

START/RUN now type in regedit click OK

Now your regestry should come up find the below keys in the registry and delete them.

HKEY_CURRENT_USSER/SOFTWARE/SLYSOFT/Then Right click when the pop-up window appers click on DELETE in the list to delete the registry information that windows has stored for that program.

Also see if there is a regiestry for AnyDVD under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/SLYSOFT and delete that entry as well.

Then reboot your computer and reinstall the software with the key you bought from slysoft.
