    Hi,

Sorry if this post in under the wrong topic, anyhow:

I have LeadTeks' external WinFast TV USB II connected to my PC, i have a coaxial cable plugged into it so i can watch CableTV through my PC and not just on the TV...

I'm after SOFTWARE, or any links (relating to this hardware so it can work) in order for me to descramble the payTV channels, ive searched and found none that work with my hardware, or cannot recognise it. I'm running XP with SP1.

Any help or comments involving or leading to help would be appreciated! Here's a link to the device if you need oinfo on it:

I already have payTV, just now want it through my PC. It's piracy to hijack the channels when you're NOT paying for it.

If you have pd TV than go to them and see if thay have the hardware and sofeware to do that I have road runner Cable TV as will as the online and thay told me it will cost me $10 more a Mo. for it to be set up Cable TV on my PC and yes It's piracy to hijack the channels even when you're paying for it let alone when your not.

    Rod,

You would have to get a box from your cable co., and hook that up to your pc. I use comcast and on my home tv I have a cable box(so I can do the "In Demand" or Pay-Per-View), then I use a splitter and run a line to my pc(but have no access to "In Demand" or Pay-Per-View). I spoke with comcast, and they said if I wanted access to those I would have to add another box, just like if I wanted it in another room.
