Hi, well i'm thinking of starting a website which hosts xbox 360 isos. The only problem is, i know i would have to get offshore hosting, but do the Netherlands allow this? I'm not really sure of their anti piracy laws, and some hosts "allow" this but it still might be illegal. Also, if i do end up making the site, and it ends up being illegal in that country, would i just flat out get arrested? (Im in canada) Or would i get a DMCA notice first? Also, does anyone know any countries that would allow Xbox 360 Iso downloads?
Antigua maybe.. and they will still come for you in your home country.. Simple answer.. don't do it. You will go to jail in Canada.. and just about everywhere else. Move to Angola or Rwanda and you are in with a shot of avoiding jailtime.
