    So they don't play well with others! What would you say would be the best MP3 player to buy? I am thinking of getting one for my kids and don't really know that much about them.

    Sony invented the walkman, I dont know how u can say they don't know what their doing when it comes to music. Yes, SonicStage is crappy, but then again so is itunes.

    WTF??? when did I say that??? Please do not quote me on things if I dont say them...

    They know exactly what they are doing and make great walkmans & all. I was referring to the recent DRM Scandals, but it is pretty obvious you don't know what I was referring to, so I will say it again

    ~click on the 'news' tab and pop 'XCP' or 'rookit' in the search. Then you'll know what I mean...

    dysart147- good value and good sound mp3 players usually come from the likes of iriver & creative labs, google them ;)
