.APE need to convert to MP3, have plug in, now what ?

    I have some files on my computer with an .APE extension, this is something to do with Monkey summat or other, using a very helpfull page on this site, found by using my Yahoo search box, i have got the Nero Plug in, i have UnZipped the file and it is simply a DLL file, how do i install it, or whatever, so that NERO will recognize the .APE files, please.

    any help will be much appreciated.
