I see the price dropped to under $6, so it really makes me wonder if these new shipments are actually genuine cards? Anybody bought one recently and confirm? I bought one a while ago and it's genuine, but wonder about the new shipments.

Only SKU#15613 are genuine. I have ordered many from there and never got a clone yet. I just got a batch last week and 1 was dead not a clone but still it was completely dead. They sent me out another one right away. So far I have no complaints about dx other then sometimes they take a month before they even ship a instock item LOL.

Just out of curiosity, what happens if get a defective item from them? Do you have to ship back the bad item? Do they pay for shipping both ways? Do they wait until they receive the defective item before shipping out the new item?

I did not have to ship it back. I just had to take a picture of the faulty item and the packaging it came in and they sent me out another one right away.

With dealextreme, if the unit price is low they rarely ask for returns. If its high them you have to return and they either credit or replace on receipt - excellent service just sssssllllllllooooooowwwwwwww.

    P.S. did I mention slow!

But on the plus side - cheap!

So who pays for the shipping back to them? Is it out of your own pocket, or do they cover it?

I've asked them 2 or 3 times, it's been almost 2 months and they haven't answered me once! I understand they're busy, but they should be able to answer a simple question like this within a month!

If and I mean if you have to ship something back you have to pay for it. But like kittymat said (if the unit price is low they rarely ask for returns)

This boggles my mind LOL. The bad card I mentioned that I got from them. I got the replacement today, it took exactly one week! That is the absolute fastest I ever received anything from them! Just thought I would mention that. To bad stuff from them did not always get there that fast.

It's good to know that if I do have a problem at least it will get resolved quickly! Thanks for mentioning that...
