Are there any side effects with Sharepod?

    My friends ipod is about a year old and we all used sharepod on his ipod alot during that year, and right now it is way slow.

    Yesterday i used sharepod on my ipod to give my good friend some vids, is the ipod running slow not from sharepod? Are there any side effects with sharepod?
