yes most of them are regioned however i hear that there are one or two films that arn't! Most are though so it is best to assume they all are at the moment hope this helps adz
HD-DVD players and discs have no region coding at this time. I've bought several HD-DVD's from Asia and Europe (Canal Plus) and they play fine on my US HD-A1. On the BluRay side adz_fahie is correct. Region coding has been enforced except for a few discs. I read somewhere that the UK version of Casino Royale plays on a US PS3.
