Okay, I searched the forum and couldn't find anything on this. I'm getting one of these laptops. One of the grandest things I've ever seen or wanted. Only problem is, I can't special build it to COME with XP Pro, so I'd need to downgrade it. I've downgraded laptops from Vista before, packed drivers into my own XP disc for it, but I don't want to even try this unless I know I can completely downgrade from Vista without pesky driver conflicts, reduced hardware specs, or ANYTHING else. I just want this computer, sans Vista, with XP Pro. I really am not a fan of Vista whatsoever, but I may end up just muddling through with it if it means I get to use this laptop. I'd want the keyboard to work, EVERYTHING. I downgraded an Inspiron without any problems, but this is quite a bigger deal then a Inspiron 1526, and various other ones. Anyone know specifically if it can be done or even further, how and maybe a tutorial to do it without formatting blindly? Thanks in advance. Cyrus
