I have been using this prgram for about 2 years now. Everything goes smoothly about 95% of the time. Every once in a while when I am trying to convert my movie file so it can be ready to burn it, it freezes and I don't know why. I use a 700mb cd-r. Is there anyone who has had this experience? If so please give me tips on what I should so thanks.
Well, it could be that your using CD-R, still works, just cant hold as much, but have you switched media or anything lately?
