I am looking to buy either of these, both about $45AUD. Does anyone have opinions on which one is better? Also Im not sure if my motherboard supports SATA. It is a Gigabyte 7VT600L about 4 years old. Does anyone know and is there much difference between SATA and IDE anyway? Thanks.
